[edit] Upstream Development Communities

Here are some notes on upstream development communities.

The Ubuntu community page has a lot of great ideas for ideas for helping to build a very active community/member base. The "Community Structure" section, is especially useful, and many of their documents are under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 license, so we should consider adapting our documents when and if possible. The LoCoTeamList is an especially nice and simple way for building local teams without much work/effort.
